Free - surface flow modelling using the Level - Set method
Biofilm growth modeling
Biofilm growth is simulated using Lest Squares and Radial Basis Functions techniques. It is a vectorized and efficient meshfree method

Sludge movement through a pipe
Here, sludge movement through a pipe is simulated numerically using Least Squares (LS), Radial Basis Functions (RBF) and Level Set Method (LSM) in an Eulerian approach. The code is written in a vectorized form which is suitable for parallel processes

Sloshing of water in a container
I worked on free surface flow modeling using a meshfree method in summer 2018. The title of the project was:
Free surface incompressible flow modeling using Least Squares (LS), Radial Basis Functions (RBF) and Level Set Method (LSM) in an Eulerian approach
The project was defined in the Technical University of Eindhoven (TU/e). In the following video, sloshing of water in a floating container has been solved using the proposed approach

The effect of normal saline injection rate in pressure and shear stress of flow in root canal of maxillary central teeth
In this work, the effect of injection rate on the quality of final normal saline irrigation for a prepared maxillary central root canal has been assessed using Ansys - CFX model. Vapor locking formation is visible in this simulation. This work has not been published yet

Water hammer in a pipe with a clogged part
Assume there is a small clogged part in the middle of a pipe. The geometry of this case is shown in coming Figure. The pressure history after sudden valve closure is shown in the following video. The corresponding paper has not been published yet. It has been submitted to International Journal of Pressure Vessels and Piping and it is under review now.
